Choc Cherry Pre Surf Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Scoop of Surf Meal Carving Choc Surf Protein
1 cup of Spinach leaves
1 banana - peeled
1 pear - chopped
1⁄2 cup cherries - pitted
1 1⁄2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp walnuts
1 cup water
1 cup ice
