Strawberry Clean

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Surf Meal High Voltage Vanilla Surf Protein

  • Handful baby spinach 

  • 1 banana - peeled 

  • Handful of strawberries 

  • 1/2 lime - juiced 

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed 

  • 1 tsp baobab powder 

  • 1 cup coconut water 

  • 1 cup ice 

Few foods shout summer like sweet strawberries. Adding lime brings out the flavours and adds a tropical zest. Coconut water adds electrolyte-rich hydration, and baobab powder provides calcium, B vitamins, and more vitamin C than a serving of oranges! Combine the fat-burning potential of high doses of vitamin C (from the strawberries, lime and baobab), with the high fibre and omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed, and you’ve got a light smoothie that will keep the hunger pangs at bay whilst giving you a whole lot of goodness.
